First of all Happy New Year to you all!!…..Sorry for the delay folks, I know many of you have been emailing in and we are now pleased to announce that the 2012 event is now open for entries. Please note that should the event reach its capacity as per previous years we unfortunately will NOT be operating a waiting list.

Good luck with your training, stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in July!!

Sorry folks but due to a technical issue with our online entry providers we anticipate that we will not be opening for entries until the first week of Jan. Keep an eye on the website just in case they resolve the issues earlier.

2012 Race Date Announced

We are pleased to announce that the 2012 race will take place on the 21st July. Once again we will be having camping, pasta party and the now legendary live band and post race party as well as children’s fun races which makes this an event for the whole family!!

Entries will be opening week commencing the 12th December. Please note that the race has sold out every year and unfortunately should the event sell out again we will not be operating a waiting list and will not accept under any circumstances entries once the race has closed.

Gower Triathlon Update

Hi All,

We’re are on site and the weather is amazing. Proof of that will be our sun burn. Don’t forget the Gower has it’s own little climate and lets hope this forecast of rain stays away.

Registartion opens at 6pm on Friday and we’ll be there to welcome you and answer any burning questions you may have, weather its your first time, or fourth time.

After some consideration, we have decided to allow entries on race morning if there any ‘no shows’. We ask that anyone wanting take their chances be ready to queue from 5:30am on Saturday morning. We will work this in a way of first come first serve.

Its gonna be a cracker of a weekend, can’t wait to see you all.

Not Long To Go!!!!

Not long to go now until the 4th Gower Triathlon, we hope all the training has gone to plan and you’re raring to go. We have a great weekend in stall for you including bbq, live band, camping, seminars, trade stalls, raffles, kids games, and of course a superb race.

Key Information:

- Race Pack available here on the website - race infomation/downloads

- Camping can be arranged at the venue at a cost of £20/tent for 2 nights (inc, 24 hr toilets, showers and water supply)

- Campervans, and caravans welcome, although there is no electric hook ups

- Registration 6-9pm Friday 15th (inc, Q&A session, Charity Bike Power Contest, trade stalls)

- Registration 5-6:15am Saturday 16th

- Race Start 7am Saturday 16th

- Saturday Evening from 5pm, Kids races, BBQ, Tug of War, Austrian Chalet holiday raffle, live band

To all those who have missed out this time, we will be taking entries on the weekend, but only the filling the places of those who have not turned up. This will be done on a first come first serve basis from 6am on race morning.

We are please to announce that the 2011 Activity Wales Gower Triathlon will be held on the 16th July.

We will be opening for entries soon, keep an eye on the website for further details and with both previous years selling out within days early entry is advised to avoid disappointment.
