Activity Wales Gower Peninsular Triathlon Reopened for limited spaces

We have a small number of places still open due to cancellations. Enter online now, ignore the sold out banner and go straight in and enter.
It's not long now until we'll all be in the beutiful Gower enjoying the countryside, seaside and entertainment on offer. The race day pack can be downloaded and so can the route pictures. Keep training hard and look out for weekly updates to the race.

Just a quick note to say thank you to everyone who has entered this years race, the response has been overwhelming. If you know of anyone who is intending to enter please ask them not to delay as we would expect to sell out within the week. We have also had a great response to the training camp which will be a great weekend.

Entries are now open for this years award winning Activity Wales Gower Triathlon, please go to the race application section of the website, unfortunately we are unable to offer paper entries this year.
Due to the overwhelming success and publicity that last years event received, we advise you to take up this opportunity and sign up to secure your place as soon as possible. We expect the race to sell out in a matter of days!
I would also like to take this opportunity to remind all competitors & fellow athletes of this years Novice Based Training Camp/Event hosted by Tri & Enter Events Limited.
“We are holding a weekend training camp on the 12-14th June in the picturesque village of Port Eynon on the Gower Peninsula. Athletes will be staying in the dormitories at the Port Eynon Youth Hostel which was once a lifeboat station, and with the beautiful award-winning beach on its doorstep, it is the perfect location to improve your triathlon performance”

Activity Wales Gower Triathlon - Entries Opening Soon!

Hi all, We are now only a matter of days away before we open the entries so please keep an eye on the site for a post when entries open.
In addition to that, we have some new events to accompany this years triathlon! This year, we are holding a Novice Based Training Camp. The camp will be based in Port Eynon and will be perfect for those athletes who want to fully prepare for the main event; the camp will cover open water swimming, bike set up service and cycle and run the award winning course it is one not to be missed. Welcome back to a new year - we hope your fighting fit and back into training for a new season. We are making some updates to the site, so check back shortly for more details on 2009's event and how to get involved.
Gower Peninsula Triathlon wins prestigious British Triathlon Event of the Year Award

We are proud to announce that this years race has been awarded the prestigious British Triathlon Event Of The Year at the recent BTF annual awards dinner.
We are also able to announce that next year race will be held on the 8th August and will once again be a full weekend event.
The race will be open for entries by the end of January and although we will be increasing the number of entry slots they will still be limited so be sure to enter early to avoid the disappointment of many this year.
The planning is well under way with number of improvements planned which will enhance the overall event. There is also many different marketing opportunities associated with the event so please get in touch if you with to utilise them.
We are also able to offer a full race management service which includes racking, chip timing, signage, finish gantry, web design, printing with an on-line entry service being offered from the end of January so please drop me a line if you need any information.
Last but not least we will also be holding a series of training camps specifically designed to assist first time athletes. The camps will be held in Port Eynon and using the race course. There will also be plenty of time for rest, relaxation and socialising. The camps will also be open to non athletes who just want a weekend away.
